News Archives: Registration open for 21st Century Homesteading Conference

FAIRVIEW – Registration is now open for GPRC’s one-day 21st Century Homesteading Conference - Permaculture in the Peace Country at its Fairview Campus.
This year's guest speakers are Cynthia Pohl, award winning journeyman landscape gardener and Ron Berezan, The Urban Farmer, who teaches, designs, and facilitates permaculture.
Together they will explore different methods of how you to turn your property into a sustainable ecosystem, whether you live in the city or in a rural area.
This year’s conference is Wednesday, April 5, 2017, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the GPRC Fairview Campus. Conference fee is $80 including GST per person and includes lunch.
The conferences include two keynote addresses from the guest speakers and participants can choose two of four workshops. More information on guest speakers, workshops and registration is at gprc.me/permaculture.
