Goal Setting is one of the most basic and essential skills someone can develop. Goals give us focus. This course touches on goal characteristics, time management and what to do when setbacks occur. You will learn strategies to deal with distractions and overcome procrastination. Here is your chance to develop some skills needed to complete more tasks and get things done!
