Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2022-23 NWP Wolves Women’s Volleyball team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to add recruits to the roster.
Say hello to Alexa Hryciuk.
Joining the wolfpack all the way from Nipawin, Saskatchewan, Hyrciuk found the choice to join NWP an easy one. “I chose NWP as it allows me to pursue both my academic and athletic goals."
Hryciuk brings many years of experience to the Wolves team and is excited for her upcoming rookie season. In 2022, Hyricuk was her high school team captain and was named the teams MVP. She is looking forward to playing a higher level of volleyball at NWP. "I am excited to learn things from my new teammates that will not only make me a better player, but a better person,” said Hryciuk.
Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to add Hryciuk to the roster.
"Alexa is athletic, quick and explosive. She wants to learn and grow as a player which will be a complete asset to the team," said Hale-Miller. "She is also incredibly personable, and I know she will fit in perfectly with our wolf pack right away."
Welcome to the pack, Alexa.
